We have built an AI that is dedicated to analysing a territory’s potential and offering specific trajectories. Based on an LLMs that capitalises on publicly available data we project evolutions at 5 to 20 years and recommend dedicated policies for institutional actors and stakeholders.
« We work intensively to provide a hands-on, analytical and human approach to support the future of urban developments »

After a major launch we are now heavily entering the European market with an implementation in the South of Toulouse – that’s in France for you, non-French speaking guys.
USE CASES
Projection of medium- and long-term urban development. On the basis of demographic and geographical data, we are able to project the main urban development scenarios on the scale of a metropolis.
Economic development projections. By capitalizing on urban development projections and matching them with a number of economic variables (type of industrialization, sharing of value with services, organic growth prospects, etc.), we are able to provide modeling at the km2 scale to account for the most likely future trajectories.
Assessment of territorial potential. Based on the above analyses, we have developed a dedicated LLM that enables us to take into account future environmental trends (heat, precipitation, etc.) to assess the value of a territory not only in terms of its economic network, but also its ecological and environmental potential.
THEY TRUST US
We tested Territory Value at a time when we were wondering about our future mobility plan, and its consequences in terms of infrastructure. The results gave us a totally unexpected vision, favoring massive public transport modes that were initially set aside.
Mayor of a Rajshahi, Bangladesh

Territory Value enabled us to work with data that we didn’t have, or that was too old. Capitalizing in particular on commercially available satellite image processing, they succeeded in mapping the value potential of a nearby valley, which turned out to be a massive compensation basin on the scale of our conurbation.
Governor of Maharashtra, India
By analyzing the structure of the electronics value chain at a national level, and comparing it with the global stakes over the next 10 years, TV enabled us to allocate our efforts differently, and to focus on a specific chip segment for which our region had real assets.
